Flossie O’Leary

Denver, Colorado

Flossie is Principal of Ripple Affect and brings extensive experience in strategic planning and frameworks, design thinking, strategy design, board governance, organizational and leadership development, and community engagement. Her 30+ years in the private and social sectors have inspired her to move beyond effective management, focusing instead on building affective leaders who influence their customers, competitors, and industries. Flossie has secured over $36 million in philanthropic grants and impact investments for nonprofits and conscious companies. She is currently the Principal at The Ripple Affect. The firm guides boards and executive teams of conscious companies and nonprofits to create strategic alignment among vision, strategy, organizational structure, and revenue; develop affective leaders whose comfort with discomfort allow them to thrive in change; and engage community stakeholders to address issues that can’t be solved by one organization or sector.
