Katie D’Andrea is a Facilitator, Coach and Digital Marketing Manager at Arlosoul. Katie is on a mission to empower organizations through co-creating breakthrough solutions, cultivating effective leaders and designing culture as THE organizational advantage. As an ontological coach, Katie employees deep listening and question-asking to help clients invent new possibilities and design a plan of action, producing remarkable results. Her goal is to integrate her process work with a highly visual roadmap!
Katie previously worked at Weber Shandwick, global PR and Communications firm, where she served as an account manager on the Social Impact team. She designed communications and digital marketing campaigns as well as developed multi-channel content for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Nespresso, Merck KGaA and Unilever.
Katie joins the Arlosoul team on the heels of a year and a half backpacking adventure in Southeast Asia, New Zealand and Australia. Her mission is to unleash potential in others and inspire them to do work that they’re proud of.
