Katie D’Andrea is a Facilitator, Coach and Digital Marketing Manager at Arlosoul. Katie is on a mission to empower organizations through co-creating breakthrough solutions, cultivating effective leaders and designing culture as THE organizational advantage. As an ontological coach, Katie employees  deep listening and question-asking to help clients invent new possibilities and design a plan of action, producing remarkable results.  Her goal is to integrate her process work with a highly visual roadmap!

Katie previously worked at Weber Shandwick, global PR and Communications firm, where she served as an account manager on the Social Impact team. She designed communications and digital marketing campaigns as well as developed multi-channel content for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Nespresso, Merck KGaA and Unilever.

Katie joins the Arlosoul team on the heels of a year and a half backpacking adventure in Southeast Asia, New Zealand and Australia. Her mission is to unleash potential in others and inspire them to do work that they’re proud of.

Philippa has supported founders and executive teams in driving organizational growth and the development of their leadership skills. She has used her expertize to build and optimize systems to recruit, engage, develop and retain organizational talent across a global context.

Philippa is motivated by supporting people to create powerful behaviors and achieve their goals. She is passionate about the power of self-understanding, emotional intelligence, flexible behaviors and goal setting.

Flossie is Principal of Ripple Affect and brings extensive experience in strategic planning and frameworks, design thinking, strategy design, board governance, organizational and leadership development, and community engagement. Her 30+ years in the private and social sectors have inspired her to move beyond effective management, focusing instead on building affective leaders who influence their customers, competitors, and industries. Flossie has secured over $36 million in philanthropic grants and impact investments for nonprofits and conscious companies. She is currently the Principal at The Ripple Affect. The firm guides boards and executive teams of conscious companies and nonprofits to create strategic alignment among vision, strategy, organizational structure, and revenue; develop affective leaders whose comfort with discomfort allow them to thrive in change; and engage community stakeholders to address issues that can’t be solved by one organization or sector.

She holds a BS in Communications from Rutgers University and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Regis University where she occasionally teaches in the Master of Nonprofit Management program.

Flossie also brings a spirited energy, so don’t be surprised if she belts out a line from a song that fits the conversation.

Kent’s current work lives at the conversational intersection of what he calls Emergent Leadership and Mental Agility. Kent has been a formal and informal leader within the “people practices” (HR) of organizations ranging from small privately owned start-ups to mid-sized private equity-owned growth stage companies, and publicly traded Fortune 150 organizations.

Organizations and clients include Ghirardelli Chocolate, Amazon Web Services, PETCO, Sapient, Centex, LRW, Helios and ArloSoul.
A host of questions are shaping his work at the moment, including but not limited to:

  • Who and what emerges as the leading force (energy) influencing what happens?
  • To what extent is that energy serving the purpose and stakeholders of the organization?
  • Who and what has power?
  • To what extent and in which way(s) is power shared?
  •  How does our way of leading and sharing power impact engagement, mental wellbeing, and performance for individuals and collectives?

Kent is also an advocate and campaigner for ending stigma related to mental health, working with organizations such as Silent Superheroes and This Is My Brave. He is currently exploring a partnership with the National Mental Health Innovation Center here at CU.

Kent holds a BA in Biology & Psychology from the University of Delaware and is a certified Integral Master Coach through Integral Coaching Canada. He’s a steward of Conscious Capitalism, an Ironman Finisher, a musician and a father.

Lisa works as a consultant with non profit arts organizations focusing on strategic thinking and organizational advancement.  She regularly facilitates dynamic meetings for groups. For ten years, she organized the professional development workshops for the Performing Arts Exchange for South Arts.  As an independent artist she produces, directs, and appears in contemporary performance work, including the acclaimed community story plays under the Headwaters banner at the Sautee Nacoochee Center. She produces Sautee Nacoochee’s annual field day, The Holler Games, and creates a variety show gone astray each summer titled Auntie Q and her Wayward Girls. Before embarking on her consulting career, Lisa served as the Managing Director of 7 Stages theater in Atlanta. She has served as the Board Chair for Alternate ROOTS, and currently serves on the board of the Network of Ensemble Theaters.

With a decade experience in advertising building integrated communication plans for fortune 500 companies, paired with a great capacity to listen and reflect back gained from her leadership coaching certification plus a lifetime of visual thinking, Claudia is brings a combination of creativity, strategic thinking and visual facilitation to any engagement. Claudia has been a partner to many different groups and facilitators helping them find and connect key insights and explore new possibilities through the use of visuals. She is keen in creating meaningful experiences and interactions that foster creative confidence and bring people together in authentic ways that help them move forward. Originally from Mexico, she is bilingual in Spanish and English.
