Testimonials
Having a clear vision as an academic institution is absolutely critical for the future success of any school. From the onset, the staff at Arlosoul clearly and adeptly took us on a journey of self-discovery to help clarify our vision. The end result was a profound strategic plan that we believe will greatly improve our program through attainable benchmarks and active follow through. From the very beginning, we were impressed with their flexibility, their attention to detail, as well as their profound ability to push us to think critically in ways we had not before. It was, and continues to be a transformational experience.
Philip B. Cocchiola
Head of School
The Oxford Academy
Arlosoul helped guide us through detailing the story of where our company has come from, highlighting the vision for CBXmarket, the unique qualities of our customers and the value proposition we provide our users. Chris and Claudia skillfully facilitated the conversation, allowing us to lead the telling of the story, while they mapped out a graphic depiction that allowed us to fully digest where we stood. It was perfect timing. We were in the process of developing a customer segmentation strategy and the map provided us a visual reference point to look back to as we discussed each segment of our user population. We continue to reference the map as we work through the execution of this customer segmentation effort, from both a product and marketing perspective.
